Business Diagnostics by Leading Indicators was founded in 1995 as a management consulting firm, ProQualis. In 2007 ProQualis was rebranded as Leading Indicators and now provides specialist management consulting tools and services.
Leading Indicators idenitified the need to gather strategic information to enable CEOs and management to consider the strategic direction of their organisation based on feedback from key stakeholders.
The development of Business Diagnostics was therefore prompted by our work with Boards and Senior Management and their desire to quantify high-level, non-financial key performance indicators as predictive measures of future organisation success.
Today, Business Diagnostics by Leading Indicators services a broad client base from major public to not-for-profit organisations utilizing our extensive range of diagnostic tools.
Our passion is to utilize the Business Diagnostic system to enable CEO's and their teams to identify and address strategic issues that will facilitate future growth and sustained profitability.
