Staff Attitude
(Happy Staff = Happy Customers = Greater Profit) This questionnaire measures the level of staff satisfaction in an organisation. It measures staff opinion about the importance to the respondent and performance of the organisation with regards to a number of questions in various categories including: leadership; vision & objectives; organisational culture; staff development; and job satisfaction.
Customer Attitude
This diagnostic measures the level of satisfaction of external customers (sample provided by client) with an organisation's services, products and relationships. It may include such categories as: cost/value; quality of work; quality of staff; innovation; responsiveness to needs; and customer service issues.
Shareholder/Member Attitude
This tool is used to measure the shareholders' and/or members' level of satisfaction with an organisation's performance and may include such categories as; profitability; return on shareholder funds; brand image; citizenship; and communication.
Supplier Attitude
Do you benefit from a good working relationship with your suppliers? This diagnostic measures suppliers' levels of satisfaction with an organisation's performance and may include such categories as: friendliness of staff; efficiency; timeliness; and innovation.

Board Assessment
Good corporate governance necessitates that a Board assess its own performance and take action to enhance that performance. The Board Performance Evaluation allows the Board to look at its collective performance in categories such as: strategic direction; policy making; monitoring and supervising; accountability; processes; and meetings.
Chairman Assessment
A method for directors to assess the performance of their Chairman in categories such as: attributes; company representation; meetings; relationships; and leadership.
Director Assessment
Allows directors to assess, individually, the performance of co-directors in categories such as: contribution; collegiately; preparedness; committee involvement and promotion.
360 Feedback
This tool assesses an individual's performance by seeking feedback from a range of sources including manager, peers, direct line reports internal and external customers. It can form part of the organisations' performance management system.
E-Polling/Hot issues
As the name suggests, an organisation can poll stakeholders on important, topical issues, before committing to expensive strategies, by using a short and targeted diagnostic.
